ARTISAN BAKERY TRAINEESHIP

The Kildare and Wicklow Education and Training Board (KWETB), in partnership with Bretzel Bakery, is launching a new traineeship in Artisan Bakery.
Starting in September 2021, the traineeship will run over 24 weeks in Kilcullen, Co Kildare.

A bakery is more than just bakers!  This traineeship could be a useful springboard into the diverse careers and jobs opportunities within a bakery business including, supervisory roles, quality control, product development, retailing and much more.

Trainees will benefit from experienced bakers and world class tutors sharing their knowledge in a purpose-built centre of excellence.  Trainees can expect to learn the technical knowledge and quality points of baking ingredients and equipment, traditional methods of bread baking and the production processes in a learner focused atmosphere
